PANAJI: Steven Fernandes, Kapil Bhobe, Gaurav Dukle and Dattaraj Raut Desai excelled at the ‘Offroad Challenge 2021’ organised by Offroad Trail Club (OTC) Goa; recently at Rivona (South Goa).
According to a press release, the event saw a participation by over 20 ‘4×4 vehicles’ from all over Goa, in the three competition categories of Petrol Open, Diesel Open & xTreme.
“The competition consisted of three stages, each designed to test the ability and skill of the vehicle and the driver. The stages for xTreme category were specially designed for participants of Rain Forest Challenge (RFC) India, held in Goa last month. All the stages were designed and managed by Nin Nin Motorsports,” informed the organisers, who also stated “OTC is very excited to receive excellent feedback from the participants and is looking forward to their next offroad event very soon.”
‘Offroad Challenge 2021’ was the fourth offroad competition organised by OTC. Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG) Vice-Chairman, Subhash Phaldesai was the chief guest and gave away the prizes in the presence of special guest Pravin Prabhudessai, a well-known personality from Rivona.
