Ricardo Elevators, the home and commercial elevator brand from the House of L.T. Elevator Limited, has expanded its presence in Goa with the opening of its new Experience Centre in Panaji. The launch marks Ricardo’s 33rd Experience Centre and strengthens the company’s growing network across India, bringing its range of residential and commercial elevator solutions closer to homeowners, architects, builders and developers in Goa. The new centre is located at the 2nd Floor, Alfran Plaza, Panaji, and gives customers a direct way to explore Ricardo’s elevator solutions, understand installation requirements and discuss options suited to their homes and buildings.
The centre will support consultations, site assessments, product discussions and support. The inauguration takes place on 25 September 2026 in Goa, with Sadanand Shet Tanavade, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha, Goa, attending as the chief guest. His presence marks the occasion as Ricardo strengthens its footprint in the state. “Goa is an important market for us because of its mix of premium homes, villas, hospitality spaces, commercial developments and residential requirements. Our objective is to make the process of choosing an elevator more informed and accessible, while offering solutions designed around the property rather than forcing the property to adapt to the elevator,” said a Ricardo Elevators spokesperson.
Ricardo offers a range of home elevators under its Ralph Series, developed for independent homes, villas, duplexes, triplexes and residential projects. The company also offers its Alpha Series for apartments, offices, hotels and other
commercial spaces.
Depending on the model, customers can explore different cabin finishes,door configurations and shaft options, including factory-supplied solutions designed to simplify installation. The new Experience Centre will help customers understand practical elevator planning.
These include available space, floor-to-floor requirements, shaft configuration, installation considerations, finishes, safety features and maintenance. By bringing these discussions closer to customers, Ricardo aims to make elevator planning a more straightforward part of the home-building or renovation process.
