Sesa FA are the U-16 Asmita Khelo India Girls 2025-26 champions, as they defeated Sinquerim SC 5-0 in the final at Sirsaim Ground. The entire competition from the quarter-finals to the trophy presentation was completed in a single day.
In the final, Sesa FA were dominant from the first whistle in the final. Asma Bandodkar opened the scoring in the fifth minute and added a second in the tenth to give Sesa an early and commanding advantage. Elosiha Oliveira made it three, Analee D’Costa added a fourth all within the opening quarter of an hour before Erica Crasto completed the scoring in the 37th minute to seal a comprehensive and convincing victory.
Sinquerim SC, runners-up on the day, are to be commended for their performances throughout the competition and their achievement in reaching the final.
The trophy was presented by Goa Football Association Executive Member, Laxman Hadfadkar, who congratulated both finalists on the day’s competition. The Goa Football Association congratulates Sesa FA on their title and thanks all participating clubs, players, coaches, and match officials for their contribution to the U-16 Asmita Khelo India Girls 2025-26 tournament.
