FC Goa on Tuesday, announced that Udanta Singh will continue with the Gaurs for the 2026–27 season.
A vital member of the Gaurs’ squad, Udanta enjoyed an outstanding 2025–26 campaign, earning the FC Goa Player of the Season award for his consistent performances and immense
contribution throughout the year.
Renowned as one of the fastest players in Indian football, Udanta brings blistering pace, relentless work rate, and exceptional versatility to the team. Comfortable operating across multiple positions, his ability to influence games in both attack and defence has made him an invaluable asset for the Gaurs. His experience, professionalism, and leadership on and off the pitch continue to play a key role in the Club’s ambitions as FC Goa prepares for the new season.
Commenting on the extension, Lokesh Bherwani, Director of Football, FC Goa, said: “We are delighted that Udanta has extended his stay with FC Goa for another year. He was deservedly voted the Club’s Player of the Year last season after delivering consistently impressive performances throughout the campaign. Head Coach Gouramangi Singh added: “Udanta is one of the true professionals in our game.
