Ishita Colaso and Ruhaan Shaikh clinched the Girls and Boys U-15 titles, while Yug Prabhu and Sachi Dessai emerged victorious in the Boys’ and Girls’ U-13 categories at the 6th Naguesh and Sushila Verenkar Memorial Table Tennis Ranking Tournament, organised by Chandor Club under the aegis of the Goa Table Tennis Association at the Chandor Club Multipurpose Hall.
Ashank Dalvi continued his impressive run by edging past Aarish Shaikh 3-2 in a thrilling Boys U-11 final, while Shaurya Dessai claimed her first title of the season with a hard-fought 3-2 victory over Vanlalhriatpuii in the Girls U-11 final.
In the U-15 finals, Ruhaan Shaikh defeated Vedant Wagle 3-1, while Ishita Colaso outclassed Sachi Dessai 3-0. Yug Prabhu overcame Mission Lalpekhlua 3-0 in the Boys U-13 final, and Sachi Dessai defeated Tisha Shaikh 3-1 to lift the Girls U-13 crown.
In the youngest categories, Arjun Rane won the Boys U-9 title with a convincing 3-0 victory over Urvansh Pathak, while Claire George claimed the Girls U-9 crown after defeating Ronisha Sakhardande 3-0.
