V.M. Salgaocar College of Law (VMSCL) is all set to host Kaushalya 6.0, its inter-collegiate cultural event with “Rivayat A Journey Through India’s Artistic Heritage” as this year’s theme; on 1st October 2026 from 8:30 a.m. at the college premises, Miramar.
Kaushalya, meaning skill, talent and excellence, celebrates the diverse abilities and creative spirit of young minds. This year, through Rivayat, the event takes participants on a journey through India’s rich artistic heritage, celebrating the traditions, stories, colours and creative expressions that have been passed down through generations.
The inter-collegiate event will feature nine competitions and activities: Sutradhaar: The Keeper of Stories (Monologue), Kalayatra: A Journey of Art Across Ages (Quiz), Kala Quest (Treasure Hunt), Karigari (Digital Art), RANGREZ: If States Could Speak (Flash Parade), LOL!!! Lords of Laughter (Stand-up Comedy),
Tark-Vyuh (Debate), Kahani in Motion (Reel)
and Nazariya (Photography).
Through Kaushalya 6.0 Rivayat, VMSCL aims to bring together students from colleges across the region in a celebration of talent and creativity, while creating a contemporary platform to explore and celebrate India’s artistic and cultural legacy.
