PANAJI: The Panjim Gymkhana Members League (PGML) is set to make a return for the second season. The much-anticipated cricket league is scheduled to start in the second week of January 2023 and will be played over the weekends till the second week of February 2023, states a press release.
The league witnessed a total of 109 registration of players last season out of which 15 individuals were auctioned among the five franchise team owners each. Prescon Panthers bagged the PGML 1.0 title, while Dempo Challengers were the runners-up. Manas Mavericks, Baale Tigers and LPK were the other teams in the league.
The player registrations for the tournament has begun and the last date for receiving entries is 12th October 2022. Interested players can access the forms from the website https://panjimgymkhana.com/ or collect it from the club office.
