PANAJI: Goa Football Association has postponed the start of Selvel Goa Professional League 2020-21 following the sudden withdrawal of Corps of Signals team. The new tentative date to launch the championship is 27th January 2021, stated a press release by GFA.
With the first two rounds of matches being postponed, the league will start on 27-01-2021 with the Round 3, Match No. 13 FC Goa vs Salgaocar FC. The schedule then will follow from Round 3 onwards.
The revised draw will be released soon after filling in the vacant slot. We regret the postponement due to circumstances beyond our control, informed the GFA press note.
