The Postmaster General of the Goa Region will be holding the 58th Regional Level Dak Adalat on June 28, 2024, at 15:00 hours in the Office of the Postmaster General, Goa Region, Panaji. This Adalat will focus on unresolved complaints related to postal services in the Goa Region that have not been settled within six weeks.
The Dak Adalat will consider complaints related to Mails, Speed Post, Counter Services, Savings Banks, and non-payment of money orders. Customers are encouraged to provide detailed information in their complaints, including dates, names, and designations of the officers to whom the original complaint was addressed.
Interested customers are invited to send their complaints in duplicate to the Assistant Director of Postal Services-1, Office of the Postmaster General, Goa Region, Panaji. The last date for receipt of complaints is June 27, 2024.
