PANAJI: Mediation, negotiation and conflict management expert Nathalie Birt will be an expert assessor at the upcoming ‘Lex Infinitum 2022.’
‘Lex Infinitum: International Dispute Resolution Competition’, has been organised by V.M. Salgaocar College of Law, Miramar-Goa, in collaboration with AIDR, from 23rd to 27th February 2022 in an online mode.
In her message, Nathalie Birt says: “LEX Infinitum is an exciting opportunity for students and professionals from all over the world to come together to enhance their ADR skillset and learn from one another.”
Nathalie, whose early qualifications and professional experience were in business administration, discovered mediation almost twenty years ago and since then has predominantly worked as a dispute resolution practitioner of commercial and workplace disputes in the Australia and the UK.
While in Australia, she also managed national mediator panels and several national industry dispute resolution schemes. She has taught mediation, negotiation and conflict management to a wide range of professionals in the public and private sectors and led the Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Management unit on the Executive Master of Business Administration at the University of Western Sydney.
Birt is now based in Switzerland where she recently completed an Executive Master in International Negotiation and Policy Making at the Graduate Institute Geneva.
