Association for Diabetes and Obesity REversal (ADORE) Trust has announced ’90 days weight loss and diabetes reversal’ challenge starting from 15th February and concluding on 15th May 2023. Attractive prizes shall be given to winners, says a press note.
The competition will be for the following categories:
1) Highest weight loss (3 prizes)
2) Highest inch loss (3 prizes)
3) Highest distance walked (3 prizes)
4) Highest distance cycled (3 prizes)
5) Highest HbA1c reduction (3 prizes)
6) Diabetes Remission achieved, which means HbA1c below 5.6 without medicine in a diabetic participant (3 prizes)
In order to participate in this challenge, one has to – get the latest reading of HbA1c by HPLC method and fasting insulin done, – measure your height in cm, weight in kg and waist circumference at navel in cm, – fill all information in by clicking Google form link.
