Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant visited and inspected Government ITI, Government Polytechnic, and the site of New Administrative Builidng at Bicholim. MLAs Dr Chandrakant Shetye and Premendra Shet were also present.
The Chief Minister also inspected the ongoing works under Tata Technologies according to the MoU signed. Dr Sawant interacted with the staff and directed them to enhance interaction with the youth in nearby areas to boost participation, enrollment to encourage skilling amongst the youths.
Dr Sawant directed the Education department & Govt Polytechnic to strengthen the courses offered, ensuring 100% placements of youth in Industries.
The Chief Minister also inspected the progress of construction of New Administrative Building, that shall be completed by the year 2027 strengthening the delivery of services of all departments in Bicholim.
