Government College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Quepem in collaboration of Directorate of Higher Education organised a two-day National Workshop on “Leadership in the Digital Era, Governance and Inclusive Policymaking”.
Speaking at the inaugural session, Social Welfare Minister Subhash Phal Dessai said that digital-era leadership should move forward with the principles of “Antyodaya, Sarvodaya and Dnyanodaya.”
He stressed that technology should support human potential rather than replace people, and must be used responsibly to promote inclusive, transparent and citizen-friendly governance.
The workshop brought together academicians, researchers, administrators and students to discuss emerging opportunities and challenges in digital governance and inclusive policymaking. Vrushali Joshi was the co-ordinator of this workshop.
