The project was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and permission issues, but we are thrilled to finally start with it today. This project represents more than just a hotel – it’s a promise to elevate business opportunities, cater to high-end tourists, and create a lasting impact on the local community. We are committed to securing over 400 job opportunities and 300+ positions, which will not only benefit the local economy but also provide a significant boost to the region’s development. Our goal is to set a new benchmark in hospitality, offering the highest standards of luxury and service. We are proud to have the prestigious Taj brand on board, which will undoubtedly drive the highest gross revenue for North Goa and contribute significantly to the growth of tourism in Goa. We aim to open our doors on or before March 2027.”
Delilah Lobo said, “Once this place turns into a wedding destination, this project will be a feather in the cap of the tourism department. It is crucial that job opportunities created by this initiative be allocated first to local residents, ensuring that the project contributes to both the economic growth and the well-being of our own people.”
