Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant emphasised the importance of mental peace, united workforce and inter-departmental familiarity as the main gains from the annual ‘Kala Srujanotsav’. He was addressing the gathering at the inaugural of the 5th edition held at Ravindra Bhavan, Sankhali.
The Chief Minister pledged his support to cultural and sports activities for the government servants as he believes such creative opportunities help the staff boost their happiness index which in turn boosts their job productivity.
“Pleased to note that, what began as a small cultural initiative by the Sarkari Karmachari Saunskrutik Manch has today grown into a powerful statewide initiative, with nearly 1200 government servants participating every year,” stated Dr Sawant.
“Our Government strongly believes that a happy and creatively fulfilled workforce builds a more efficient, people-centric administration,” he added.
