Making life easier is all about bringing the facilities to one’s doorstep. This is exactly what the Government of Goa has done with its ‘Gramin Mitra’ scheme. Dial the Helpline Number – 14471 and one can get doorstep delivery of Government Services, from 8am to 8pm.
Benefitting elderly, divyanga and others to avail the services; the ‘Gramin Mitra’ initiative has been implemented under the Department of Information Technology, through the Common Service Centres (CHC’s) across state.
A total of 400 services of the Union, State Government are available under the scheme via the statewide helpline number 14471.
The Government of Goa has thus shown its commitment to reach to the last mile with all its services.
