PANAJI: National award-winning organisation, YUVA in association with students of Goa College of Arts, have provided an artistic makeover to the municipal market here.
Supported by Panaji MLA, Atanasio (Babush) Monserrate; YUVA took up the initiative as community programme and provided platform for kids and youth to paint the market walls, says a press communique by the social organisation. The paintings depict themes like Shigmo and Carnival among others.
YUVA founder, Raghuvir Mahale expressed happiness over the response received for the community initiative and promised to conduct such programmes all across Panaji city.
