The inaugural deployment of the Mobile Passport Seva Van will take place at the Vasco Municipality Office, Vasco, on 12th August 2025. The service will be officially inaugurated at 11 am by NRI Commissioner Narendra K. Sawaikar.
In a significant step towards enhancing citizen services, Regional Passport Office, Goa, under the Ministry of External Affairs, had launched the Mobile Passport Van in June 2025 with a motto of improving citizens’ access to passport services.
Applicants can book appointments for the Mobile Passport Seva Van (RPO Goa Vasco Da Gama Mobile Van MH12VT9706) for the 12th August through the official website www.passportindia.gov.in.
The applicants must report as per the allotted time slot with all required documents. For further details, the applicants may contact the Regional Passport Office, Goa at 0832-2437602 or via email at rpo.panaji@mea.gov.in.
The van is equipped to facilitate key services such as application submission, document verification, and biometric data collection.
