St. Xavier’s Higher Secondary School, Mapusa, won the top prize at the All-Goa Group Patriotic Song Singing Competition for Higher Secondary School students, on the occasion of Goa Revolution Day. The event was organised by Institute Menezes Braganza (IMB) in Panaji.
St. Andrew’s HSS, Vasco, and Dr K. B Hedgewar HSS, Cujira-Bambolim, bagged the second and third prize respectively.
Earlier, renowned Freedom Fighter, Rohidas Dessai (Daad) inaugurated the competition. Chairman of IMB, Dashrath Parab, Member Secretary (IMB), Ashok Parab, Daulat Hawaldar Ex -Secretary to Government of Goa were also present.
