The 54th IFFI will celebrate Goan films under two distinct sections i.e. the premiere and non-premiere section. In all, there are 20 entries across both the sections, out of which 7 films have been selected by Jury members; stated a press release.
The jury members on board were Manas Choudhury, Chairman of Jury, Ajit Rai, Member of Jury and Kamakhya Narayan Singh, Member of Jury.

Meanwhile, in order to engage the festival delegates and also for the engagement of local population and tourists in Goa who cannot attend the IFFI, ESG and MoIB are organizing IFFI Cine-Mela 2023 at Panaji Yog Setu from 21st to 28th November.
Cine-Mela 2023 will be open to the public of all age-groups and attendees can enjoy exciting activities while celebrating the magic of cinema.
The Cine-Mela will comprise exhibitions showcasing Film-making & Film Arts, Food Stalls, Music performances and Handloom, Handicraft & Artisans Mela.
