Minister for Forest, TCP and Urban Development, Vishwajit Rane has praised St. Xavier’s College, Mapusa, for their support to Wildlife photography in the form of a Goa photography exhibition titled ‘Mystic Wilderness’, in collaboration with Goa Forest Department.
In his post to X, Rane stated: “During the event, I had the opportunity to engage with passionate students, and share a few words with them about photography. With Dr. Blanche Mascarenhas, the college principal, Fr. Antonio Salema, the college administrator, and DCF Paresh Parab, along with the dedicated college staff in attendance, the atmosphere was electric.
“It was deeply satisfying to observe students’ skill and passion for wildlife photography, and watching them embrace it with such enthusiasm, and in the process, preserving our ecological heritage really warmed my heart.”
