Chandan Caro and Ishita Colaso stayed on course for double titles after advancing to the finals of two age categories at the 2nd All Goa Major Ranking Table Tennis Tournament, organised by Ponda Table Tennis Sports Club under the aegis of the Goa Table Tennis Association. The semi-finals were held on Sunday at the Multipurpose Stadium, Fatorda.
Chandan reached the Boys Under-15 and Under-19 finals, while Ishita progressed to the Girls Under-15 and Under-19 finals with convincing victories.
Elsewhere, Ashank Dalvi and Aarish Shaikh entered the Boys Under-11 final, Yug Prabhu and Ishaan Colaso advanced in Boys Under-13, while Ruhaan Shaikh and Rishan Shaikh completed the Boys Under-15 and Under-19 final line-ups respectively. In the girls’ events, Anaya Shukla, Vanlalhriapuii, Sachi Desai, Tisha Shaikh, Aarna Lotlikar and Neeza Kamat also booked their places in the respective finals.
