Youngsters from Goa now have an opportunity to experience the culture, traditions and way of life of Mizoram as the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Goa has invited youth across the State to participate in the Yuva Sangam Phase VII exchange programme.
NIT Goa, the nodal institution for Yuva Sangam under the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) initiative of the Ministry of Education, will facilitate the exchange with the Central University of Mizoram.
The programme is open to eligible youth in the 18–30 age groups. The initiative will give participants an opportunity to visit educational institutions, industries, heritage sites, local communities and cultural landmarks in Mizoram, while representing Goa.
Yuva Sangam aims to bring young people from different parts of the country closer by promoting cultural exchange, academic interaction and community engagement. It also seeks to strengthen the spirit of national integration and mutual understanding among youth.
