Chief Minister, Dr Pramod Sawant has highlighted the necessity for new generation to enter the Cooperative Sector.
Addressing the gathering after inaugurating the 70th National Co-operative Week, Dr Sawant pointed out that the visionaries in the Cooperative Sector, are aging and yet putting tireless efforts. Hence, he appealed to the youngsters to take up opportunities in the Cooperative sector through which the benefits are shared among many.
“Goa Government is envisioning the establishment of a training institute that will offer crash courses and diploma programs in the cooperative sector offering an educational opportunity in this field.
“I am confident that by strengthening of the cooperative sector through digitization and other innovative initiatives, Goa is successfully progressing toward achieving Swayampurnata,” stressed the Chief Minister.
