The Department of Posts is organising a Regional-Level Pension and Dak Adalat on November 6, 2026, at the Office of the Postmaster General, Goa Region, Panaji. The Pension Adalat will be held at 3.00 PM, while the Dak Adalat will be held at 11.00 AM.
Grievances pertaining to pension and pensionary benefits of employees of the Postal Department who retired or died while in service, and which have not been settled within three months of their initial submission, will be considered at the Pension Adalat. Cases involving succession disputes and grievances relating to policy matters will not be entertained at the Pension Adalat.
Pensioners may send their applications to Shri Mahesh N., Senior Accounts Officer/Secretary, Pension Adalat, Office of the Postmaster General, Goa Region, Panaji–403001, or email them to accts.goa@indiapost.gov.in on or before November 4.
The Dak Adalat will consider complaints relating to Postal Services, including Mails, Speed Post, Counter Services, Savings Banks and non-payment of money orders, pertaining to the Goa Region, which have not been settled within six weeks of the initial submission of the application.
Interested customers may send their complaints in duplicate to the Assistant Director Postal Services-I, Office of the Postmaster General, Goa Region, Panaji–403001. The last date for receipt of complaints is November 4.
