Department of Tourism, is delighted to announce the much-anticipated “Spirit of Goa” fest, scheduled to take place from May 17th to May 19th at the SAG Ground, Colva in South Goa. This three-day extravaganza will be a celebration of Goa’s rich culture, vibrant music scene, and enduring heritage.
The Spirit of Goa fest will aim at promoting culture and heritage of the state. It will serve as a platform to showcase its traditional dances and music to its modern-day artistic expressions. Additionally, the festival will showcase a variety of products, beverages, cuisines, and handicrafts, all made from coconut and cashew, along with homegrown spirits like ‘Urrak’ and ‘Feni’.
Day 1 of the festival will kick off with a mesmerizing lineup of performances that will showcase the diverse musical talents of Goa. Audiences can expect captivating sets by Forefront, Pure Magic and The Imperial. Additionally, the renowned artist from Goa, Kanta Gaude Troupe will take the centrestage to showcase traditional Goan dance
Continuing the festivities, Day 2 of the Spirit of Goa fest will feature an electrifying lineup of performances by Goa’s pride Hema Sardesai. Along with Altitude and Jukebox Trio, promising an unforgettable night of music and entertainment.
The grand finale of the festival on Day 3 will feature stellar performances by 24K India, Crimson Tide, and Band Ambassadors. The Spirit of Goa festival will be more than just a music event; it will be a celebration of Goa’s unique spirit, bringing together locals and visitors alike to revel in the beauty of its distillery.
