GOA LIBERATION DAY 400KM BRM: TRIGOA CONTINUES TO FUEL ENDURANCE CYCLING

PANAJI: TriGoa Foundation continues to power long-distance cycling culture in the state with December 19 being the day for a  400km Brevets Randonneur Mondiaux (BRM).

Twenty-five cyclists have already registered for the ‘Goa Liberation Day’ ride, which will see them cycle from Panaji to Honnavar in coastal Karnataka and back in the maximum allotted 27 hours duration.

This BRM cycle ride is the third part of the coveted ‘Super Randonneur’ (SR) title where cyclists have to complete a distance of 200, 300, 400 and 600kms in one calendar year.

Speaking to LiveNewsGoa.com,
TriGoa founder Rajesh Malhotra, who is an SR himself,   informed that the last date for registration is December 17.

The 400km ride will start at 0600 hrs in Panaji and proceed along the Loutolim-Margao-Karwar-Kumta-Honnavar and return via Karmal Ghat-Cavelossim-Cansaulim and Dabolim route.
