IMI MEDIATOR ALLISON MALKIN HAILS ‘LEX INFINITUM’

PANAJI:  Allison Malkin has paid glowing tributes to Lex Infinitum, saying that the international dispute resolution competition has been drawing the best personalities from world over.

An expert assessor for ‘Lex Infinitum 2022‘, Malkin said: “It is a huge pleasure and privilege to support Lex Infinitum 2022! Having been involved with the competition since 2016, I can only say that this international tournament has gone from strength to strength – attracting the brightest minds from across India and indeed, from around the world.”

Allison is a mediator, trainer, mentor and coach with experience living and working in numerous countries around the world. She began her career in 2006, establishing a pioneering intergenerational family mediation service in London, and continues to mediate with families in international separation and child abduction cases in association with the International Mediation Centre for Family Conflict and Child Abduction.

Allison has broadened her mediation practice to include workplace disputes, engaging individuals and teams across a variety of industries. Over the past several years Allison has resourced dispute resolution competitions, acting as a competition judge and trainer, and enjoys mentoring undergraduate students throughout the year.

Allison completed her Post-graduate studies in Conflict and Dispute Resolution at Trinity College Dublin and is a certified IMI (The International Mediation Institute) Mediator.

Lex Infinitum: International Dispute Resolution Competition’, has been organised by V.M. Salgaocar College of Law, Miramar-Goa, in collaboration with AIDR, from 23rd to 27th February 2022 in an online mode.
